Miley Cyrus has left the city.

One of her reps tells E! News that Miley, who was hospitalized last week in Kansas City just hours before her Sprint Center show, is no longer here but is still hospitalized at another secret location.

Miley had been in the hospital somewhere in Kansas City since April 15 after suffering a serious reaction to the antibiotic Cephalexin she took for a sinus infection.

On Friday she postponed the U.S. portion of her “Bangerz” tour until August. The Sprint show has been rescheduled for August 12. No word yet on whether she will be able to start the European portion of the tour on May 2 as planned.

“This type of extreme reaction can last from five to 27 days in these types of cases,” her rep’s statement said last week.

“She will remain hospitalized and is under a doctor’s care until we see some improvement in her condition and is asking for your compassion and privacy at this time.”

Though her reps asked for privacy, Miley is keeping her fans entertained on Twitter and Instagram, posting hospital-bed selfies at 5 a.m. and wearing a duck-face oxygen mask in another photo.

"This hospitals full of a bunch of QUACKS (get it??? Quacks)," she tweeted along with the hashtags "#punnyeveninthehospy #stayinglightlovingandpositive #imissbangerztour #tryingtonotbebitter."

She tweeted when she was crying and she tweeted when she started feeling better, writing last week “my 1st night sleeping all the way thru by myself. no nurses needed now up for breathinggg treatments. PLZ say Im on the road 2 recovery!”

She apparently spent Easter Sunday, which coincided with the 4/20 marijuana holiday, in the hospital, tweeting “Happy 420/ Easter! I’ll be where I've been the passed week. In bed. Crying. NOT stoned. Wackkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkkk.”

Her hospitalization in Kansas City touched off a game of where’s-Miley among her local fans on social media.

One Twitter user tweeted that his mom had taken care of her at St. Luke’s and suggested that tickets to that August 12 show might be a nice thanks, Miley. Hint, hint.
