In the center of the city and some of its southern regions, the population does not exceed 15% .

As for agricultural products in the markets, they are generally non-existent , except for the availability of some fruits and vegetables. The health situation is generally difficult for the inability of the Ministry of Health to send any medical aid .

The movement of the people of the city is concentrated in the western areas heading to Amiriyat Fallujah and Ramadi.

The movement outside the city is subject to a rigorous inspection by Nisoor checkpoint between Fallujah and Baghdad and Sokoor checkpoint between Fallujah and Ramadi, where these two checkpoints open at 9 am to 4 pm with rigorous search for cars and people with a preference for the passage of trucks and passenger transport .

The eastern neighborhoods of the city are controlled by armed groups, and the central, north and west of the city are under the control of clans, while the southern regions are controlled by unknown armed groups . The Army is exist in the farm area /7 / kilometers southeast of Fallujah, and in the intersection leading to Samarra 8 km northeast of Fallujah .
