First Jameel Fellow to Graduate from GAPP

Omkalthoum Elsayed is the first Jameel fellow to graduate from the School of Global Affairs and Public Policy with a Master of Arts in Public Policy. She completed her thesis, titled "Protecting the Poor Against Health-Related Financial Burden: Assessment of the Legal Institutional Framework in Egypt," under the supervision of Professor Khaled Amin.

Omkalthoum has extensive experience in the field of health administration, and has been working at Egypt's Ministry of Health since 2008.
