Baquba / NINA / A security source in Diyala reported that the siege of water from areas of the north-east of Baquba was broken.
The source explained to the reporter of the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / today that "fighter warship sent a missile strike to one of the water's gates in northeast of Mansuriyya, which led to the return of water to the Khalis river locked by terrorists of the (IS) , preventing people of the region for seven days.
He pointed out that the locking water of Khalis River threatened the lives of thousands of families in the villages northeast of Baquba, along with herds of cattle and hundreds of lands of orchards and farms. / End
