Charles H. Townsend became Chief Executive Officer of Condé Nast in 2004. He leads the company’s Executive Management team. Prior to being named CEO, he served as Condé Nast’s Chief Operating Officer and was Publisher of Glamour magazine.

Robert A. Sauerberg Jr.
Robert A. Sauerberg Jr. is President of Condé Nast. He was previously Group President of the company’s Consumer Marketing division, which he joined in 2005 as Executive Vice President.
Additionally, Mr. Sauerberg held several senior leadership roles at Fairchild Fashion Media, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining Fairchild, he spent 18 years with The New York Times Company, eventually rising to CFO of its magazine group.
Mr. Sauerberg has a BSBA in finance from the University of Arkansas and an MBA from Mercer University.

Anna Wintour
Anna Wintour has held the position of Editor-in-Chief of Vogue since July 1988, and was named Artistic Director of Condé Nast in March 2013. In addition to editing Vogue, Ms. Wintour executed the development and successful launch of Teen Vogue in 2001, and serves as Editorial Director for the title.
During her tenure at Vogue Ms. Wintour has been actively involved in philanthropic fundraising, particularly for the Metropolitan Museum of Art's Costume Institute, for which she has raised more than $100 million. She has been the recipient of numerous awards for her leadership and charitable efforts, including the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) Lifetime Achievement Award, and the Award of Courage for AIDS Research from the American Foundation for AIDS Research (amFAR).
In 2008, for her service to British journalism and fashion, Ms. Wintour was appointed to the Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II. In October 2009, President Obama appointed Ms. Wintour to the President’s Committee on the Arts and Humanities. Most recently, in 2011 she was awarded the Legion d’Honneur by French President Nicolas Sarkozy. Ms. Wintour also serves as an Elective Trustee of The Metropolitan Museum of Art.

Edward Menicheschi
Edward Menicheschi is president and chief marketing officer of the Condé Nast Media Group.
He previously served as vice-president and publisher of Vanity Fair. Prior to Mr. Menicheschi’s role at Vanity Fair, he was president of WWD Media Worldwide. During Mr. Menicheschi’s tenure at Condé Nast, he has held a number of senior roles at Vogue and GQ.
Before joining Condé Nast, Mr. Menicheschi was President of IAM.com, a talent-search website for the entertainment industry.
Mr. Menicheschi graduated from the Fashion Institute of Technology and lives in New York.

David Geithner
David Geithner is the chief financial officer of Condé Nast.
Previously, Mr. Geithner was executive vice-president of Time, Inc. and president of their Style & Entertainment Group, where he managed six of the company’s largest brands. During his twenty year tenure at Time, Inc., Mr. Geithner held several senior executive roles across the company’s portfolio, including responsibility for the business operations of Mexico City-based Grupo Expansión (GEx), a significant media group of consumer and business media brands in Mexico.
Mr. Geithner is active in the New York City chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association, where he has served as a board member since 2006 and is a board sponsor of its Hispanic outreach efforts. In 2011, Mr. Geithner also served as a David Rockefeller Fellow in a program sponsored by the Partnership for New York that exposes leaders to the private, public and non-profit sectors of New York City.
Mr. Geithner graduated from Dartmouth with a B.A. in government and also earned an M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. He lives in Larchmont, NY with his wife and three children.

Jill Bright
Jill Bright is the Chief Administrative Officer for Condé Nast. She oversees Corporate Planning & Strategy Development and Corporate Communications.
Ms. Bright joined Condé Nast in 1993 and led the Human Resources department from 1996 until her appointment as Chief Administrative Officer in 2010. Prior to joining Condé Nast, she worked in various senior HR roles at Macy’s, American Express and PepsiCo’s Frito-Lay division.
Ms. Bright serves on the Board of Advisors of the Mayor’s Fund to Advance New York City; the Board of Directors of Qubed, a higher education services company that partners with media companies and top tier colleges and universities to deliver high quality academic programs; the Board of Directors of The Lucky Group; and the National Board of Directors of Girls, Inc.

Joe Simon
Joe Simon is Chief Technology Officer at Condé Nast, overseeing all digital and technology operations. He leads the company’s innovation efforts, including the development of next-generation digital products and services.
Prior to joining Condé Nast in September 2010, Mr. Simon was Chief Technology Officer for Viacom, where he directed all worldwide technology and operations for MTV Networks, BET Networks and Paramount Pictures. He also held roles at Booz Allen Hamilton, Reader’s Digest and various business conglomerates in India.
Mr. Simon received his MBA from XLRI in India.
