Khaled Elgindy
Khaled Elgindy is a fellow at the Brookings
Institution’s Saban Center for Middle East Policy in Washington, DC. He is a founding
board member of the Egyptian-American Rule of Law Association. From 2004 to 2009,
he served as an advisor to the Palestinian leadership on permanent status negotiations,
notably during those launched at Annapolis in November 2007.
