Lilia Shevtsova
Lilia Shevtsova is a nonresident senior fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Foreign
Policy Program and an associate fellow at Chatham House’s Russia and
Eurasia Programme. From 1995 to 2014, she was a senior associate of the
Carnegie Endowment for International Peace in Moscow. She is the founding
chair of the Davos World Economic Forum’s Global Council on Russia’s Future. Her books include Yeltsin’s Russia:
Myths and Reality; Putin’s Russia; and Russia: Lost in Transition: The
Yeltsin and Putin Legacies.
