Undergraduate Tuition
Full Time Main Campus Undergraduate
Full time undergraduates on the main campus are charged at a guaranteed, fixed tuition rate for up to 10 consecutive semesters. The student must maintain continuous full-time enrollment and register for at least 12 credits per semester. The rate is determined by the semester and year entered into the university.

The Fall and Spring semesters constitute an academic year. The tuition rate applies to students taking 12-17 credit hours per semester. Students registered for more than 17 credits per semester will be charged at the current undergraduate per credit hour rate for each credit exceeding that limit. Students in some programs (e.g., SEAS, Honors, etc.) may take up to 19 credits with no additional tuition charge.
Part-Time Main Campus Undergraduate
Undergraduates registered for less than 12 credit hours in a semester are considered part time and are charged at the current undergraduate per credit rate.

Undergraduate Nursing
Students enrolled in the B.S. in Nursing program at the Virginia Science and Technology Campus have a fixed, total program cost. The program cost is determined by the semester and year entered into the program. The fixed, total program cost does not include fees.

Students enrolled in the A.D. to B.S. in Nursing program online are charged per credit hour. The per credit hour rate is $595.
