Individual Membership Benefits
Individual membership is on a calendar-year basis with dues scaled to income level. Members receive:
- print and online subscriptions to Slavic Review, the Association's quarterly journal, and to NewsNet, the Association's bimonthly newsletter
- access to the complete online collection of Slavic Review on JSTOR
- Granting access is a manual process and may take time; contact ASEEES for details.
- exclusive access to the ASEEES Members site:
- browse jobs and funding announcements,
- a searchable directory of individual members,
- a searchable organization directory, and other valuable information
- the opportunity to participate at the ASEEES Annual Convention at a discounted registration fee
- the opportunity to apply for ASEEES grants
- exclusive access to the new ASEEES webinar series and the mentoring program
- 50% discount on JSTOR's JPASS, which gives you personal access to a library of more than 1,500 academic journals (contact ASEEES for the unique link)
- significantly discounted subscription rates to our eleven affiliated journals
- ASEEES advocacy on behalf of the field
- voting rights in the Board of Directors elections
Affiliate memberships are available for those who do not wish to receive Slavic Review. Affiliate members cannot apply for ASEEES grants and do not receive discount for JPASS.
Joint memberships are available as an addition to a regular or affiliate membership. Joint members cannot apply for ASEEES grants.
