Todays sound synthesizers oftentimes provide a not manageable range of sound influencing parameters.
Their handling demands patience and technical knowledge.
The genetical algorithm from nature helps the user attaining pleasing sounds in a stepwise fashion - solely through listening to and selecting of sounds that are randomly presented by "Ewolverine".
These sounds can be combined dominant-recessivly or intermediately by the means of the Genetic Laws of Inheritance by Gregor Mendel.
Through repeated selection of sounds that fit the user's needs, the user sets criteria that the sounds need to satisfy. This is called breeding.
The presented software is a valid experiment according to the Scientific Method established by Sir Francis Bacon and shows that genetic adaptations to environmental circumstances do not benefit from mutations and that genetic algorithms do not ensure the evolution across the kind barrier.
Alleged morphologic relationships between species can solely be justified through the predictable genetic combinations of two individuals of the same kind in accordance to the Mendelian Laws of Inheritance.

Considering the importance of creation of Knowledge Management Environment in SEE countries, comparable with the EU
Environment, trends and situation in EU countries, and the variety of available Information and Communication Technology
(ICT) Solutions on the market, it is a difficult and challenging task of deciding what type of ICT solutions to use in support of
creation of Knowledge Management Environmentin SEE. This paper aims to research the state of harmonized codification
using the Information and Communication Technologies in SEE countries by investigating the role of ICT in creation of the
successful Environment for Knowledge Management. Codification of Knowledgeusing information and communication
technology (ICT) have made it easier to acquire, store, or disseminate knowledge than ever before, many organizations are
employing IT to facilitate sharing and integration of knowledge. SEE countries are being advised that to remain competitive,
they must efficiently and effectively create, locate, capture, and share their knowledge and expertise, and have the ability to
bring that knowledge to bear on problems and opportunities. SEE countries are showing a serious interest in implementing
knowledge management processes and technologies, and are even beginning to adopt knowledge management as part of their
overall development strategy. With the codification approach, more explicit and structured knowledge is codified and stored in
knowledge bases. Examples of such IT tools are knowledge expert directories and video-conferencing tools. Both these
Knowledge Management approaches are fundamental to understanding the importance of ICT in creation of Environment for
Knowledge Management. Positive samples will be useful to be implemented within SEE countries, and as an impact, the
contribution of the paper will be shown as a possible model of managing and motivating an environment that supports
Knowledge Management Environment in SEE countries, through harmonized codification using Information and
Communication Technologies.

SUMMARY:
Using econometric method,  this paper discusses how to find the survival of a necessary number of firms beside of the effects of a larger market. Also the paper shows a monopolistic tendence to domestic sales, which can also sell as much as they prefer at the export price. Paper also shows how to find the static efficiency related to net benefits for  international  trades. As  the  result  it discusses how  to determine  the maximum value  for monopoly profits.  In favor of this results, in the paper are given original expressions with the original graphical presentation.

Key words: Econometric Analysis, International Trade, Barriers, Monopoly Profits, Efficiency

Research suggests that in order to identify a scientific domain, we need to follow the activities of that domain’s researchers. The field of informatics addresses the science of processing data for storage using a strong relationship with mathematics to examine any domain. We set out to find whether R can support the examination of common models of informatics by measuring scholarly activities in a particular domain. Researchers have found that the most common laws relied upon by informatics researchers are Bradford’s Law, Zipf’s Law, and Lotka’s Law. Bradford’s Law examines journal productivity, Zipf’s law measures word frequency and Lotka’s Law investigates author productivity. Researchers have implemented Bradford’s Law and Zipf’s law using R to advance their studies. However, we found that Lotka’s Law has not been examined or used under R. In order to address this gap, we developed a Lotka’s Law package in R. We found that the advantage of using R in analyzing Lotka’s Law is the ability to reexamine Pao’s testing procedure. We will present our development of a Lotka’s Law package in R and demonstrate how to visualize the results.

Information and communication technology is developing rapidly and it is incorporated in many health care processes, but in spite of that fact we can still notice that nursing informatics competencies had received limited attention in basic nursing education curricula in Europe and especially in Eastern European countries. The purpose of the present paper is to present the results of a bibliometric analysis of the nursing informatics competencies scientific literature production. We applied the bibliometrics analysis to the corpus of 332 papers found in SCOPUS, related to nursing informatics competencies. The results showed that there is a positive trend in the number of published papers per year, indicating the increased research interest in nursing informatics competencies. Despite the fact that the first paper was published in Denmark, the most prolific country regarding the research in nursing informatics competencies is United States as are their institutions and authors.

In the past few years a lot has been said on the subject of what the ICT curriculum should include in primary and secondary education. There are serious discussions or even debates on this issue. However, there has been much less said about why ICT should be learnt. This paper is aimed at the question ”why” and will answer it by defining ICT competences.
Competences are related to human activities and solvable tasks. (You are competent in a certain field if you are able to solve standard tasks related to that field.) ICT curricula contain these competences as well as development tasks, activities, abilities and skills, always assuming a knowledge system behind them. In this paper we are also making an attempt to assign ICT compe-tences to levels and age-groups.
