Library staff can participate in hands-on professional development workshops focused on the essential skills needed to increase individual effectiveness and performance, and learn how today’s top library leaders are implementing changes and transforming their communities. Our two NEW 2015 programs, Professional Development for Library Staff and Transform Your Stacks to Drive Circulation are designed to optimize the contribution and impact of the individual staff member. Our inaugural courses, Digital UX Workshop and Maker Workshop, feature personalized interaction, combining real-time learning with asynchronous conversation and on-demand resources.
