50 member constitution committee eliminates Shura Council

The 50 member committee has unanimously voted for an article in the draft constitution eliminating the parliament Upper House (Shura Council). 

Employees of the Shura Council will be transfered to work in the parliament Lower House (House of Representatives) according to the article.
