About Event

“Privacy is a game changer; it will be to organizations in 2016 what websites were to companies in 2000.” Forrester Research

But the pace of change for privacy teams is relentless. Whether it’s regulatory developments like the GDPR and the CJEU ruling on Safe Harbor, technological changes from new connected devices and data collection methods or new products and initiatives within your own business it is hard to keep your finger on the pulse. What are the top privacy risks companies need to address? How can you assess and manage these risks effectively within your organization?

The 2016 Privacy Risk Summit will bring together leading privacy practitioners, lawyers, regulators, and academics to address the top privacy risks and share proven strategies for success. The Summit builds on the success of the EU Data Protection Conference and IoT Privacy Summits to offer an expanded program with three parallel conference tracks focusing on the risks rising from technological and regulatory change and privacy risk management best practices.
