These

Easter
dinner.
Baked
Ham with
Orange
Glaze
1 fully
cooked
bone-in
ham (6
to 7
pounds)
2 cups
apple
cider
2 cups
orange
juice
1/3 cup
orange
marmalade
1/4
packed
brown
sugar
1/4 cup
Dijon
mustard
1/4
teaspoon
ground
ginger
1. Place
ham on a
rack in
a
shallow
roasting
pan.
Score
the
surface
of the
ham,
making
diamond
shapes
1/4 in.
deep.
Add
cider
and
orange
juice to
pan.
Loosely
cover
ham with
foil;
bake at
325
degrees
for 1
hour.
Combine
remaining
ingredients;
brush
some
over
ham.
2. Bake,
uncovered,
45-60
minutes
longer
or until
a
thermometer
reads
140
degrees,
brushing
occasionally
with
glaze.
Serve
with
remaining
glaze.
Kiwi-Strawberry
Spinach
Salad
1/4 cup
canola
oil
1/4 cup
raspberry
vinegar
1/4
teaspoon
Worcestershire
sauce
1/3 cup
sugar
1/4
teaspoon
paprika
2 green
onions,
chopped
2
tablespoons
sesame
seeds,
toasted
1
tablespoon
poppy
seeds
12 cups
torn
fresh
spinach
(about 9
ounces)
2 pints
fresh
strawberries,
halved
4
kiwifruit,
peeled
and
sliced
1. Place
oil,
vinegar,
Worcestershire
sauce,
sugar
and
paprika
in a
blender;
cover
and
process
for 30
seconds
or until
blended.
Transfer
to a
bowl;
stir in
the
green
onions,
sesame
seeds
and
poppy
seeds.
2. In a
salad
bowl,
combine
the
spinach,
strawberries
and
kiwifruit.
Drizzle
with the
dressing
and toss
to coat.
Serve
immediately.
