Small, diverse, durable, and co-located teams are given the tools and the freedom to collaborate and create, giving them the ability make impactful changes quickly.
Focus
Clear goals and metrics are shared and owned by each team who work to deliver outcomes that make these goals a reality.
Move Quickly
Methodologies and technologies are embraced that allow us to move fast, including continuous deployment, enabling at least 500 deployments to test and 80 to production each week.
Learn
Regular team retrospectives let us reflect, learn, and adjust. Practices include “Blameless Post Mortems” and other tools to turn “fail fast” into “learn fast.”
