The Board of Trustees of the University of Jordan decided in a meeting today, under the chairmanship of Prof. Khalid Touqan, to appoint Prof. Hani Hamed Dmour as vice president for humanities.
The Council also decided to make the following formations amongst the deans:
-The Appointment of Prof. Dr. Kayed Othman Abu Sabha as Dean of the Faculty of Arts.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Nageeb Mahmoud Abu Karaki as Dean of the
Faculty of Science.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Aqel Nasser Mansour as Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Walid Ahmad Rahahleh Dean of the Faculty of Physical Studies.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Mohammed Suleiman Alqtauneh as Dean of King Abdullah II School for Information Technology.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Zahra Ahmed Awad, as Dean of the Faculty of Foreign Languages.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Khalid "Mohammed Ali" Aaideh as Dean for the Deanship of Scientific Research.
- The appointment of Prof. Dr. Suha Adib al-Haj Daoud as Dean of the Faculty of Graduate Studies.
- The appointment of Dr. Tariq Mohammed Hammouri as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law.
- The appointment of Dr. Kram Deeb Nimri as acting Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Design.
- The appointment of Dr. Zaid Mustafa Eiadat as Acting Dean of the Faculty of International Studies.
- The appointment of Dr. Nizar Ali Al Turshan as Acting Dean of the Faculty of Archaeology and Tourism.
