How much does a conference ticket cost?

Conference tickets are available to purchase for USD$4,300. Tickets are available through Eventbrite, our ticketing system, by clicking here.

What does a conference ticket include?

-Access to the Welcome Reception on 4th April 2017.

-Access to the Conference on 5th - 6th April 2017.

-Access to the Condé Nast International and Place Vendôme Qatar Party on 5th April 2017.

-Access to the Closing Party hosted and organised by Muscat Bay on 6th April 2017

-All documentation (e.g. conference guidebook, access to videos of conference sessions).

-Refreshments and lunches during the conference.

Does my ticket include accommodation and travel?

No, you will need to make your own travel and accommodation arrangements.

The conference will take place at the Al Bandar and Al Husn Hotels within the Shangri-La Barr Al Jissah Resort and Spa.

This discount is available by clicking the "By Air" link in our Travel Information page. Please note discounted tickets are in limited supply, and subject to availability at time of booking. Does my ticket include a visa to enter Oman?

No, your ticket does not include a visa to enter Oman.

Citizens of many nations (including but not limited to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Italy, Ireland, Japan, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, U.K., and the U.S.A.) are able to enter Oman and obtain a visa upon arrival for a nominal fee, without any preparations.

 How does the visa upon arrival service work?

If you hold an eligible passport, upon arrival at Muscat Airport, please queue at the Travelex Desk to obtain your visa. A 10 day Tourist Visa will cost OMR 5. After paying for your visa, proceed through Immigration before going on to Baggage Reclaim.

Meet and Greet

If you would like assistance at Muscat Airport upon arrival, Plaza Network offers a meet and greet service. This includes access to a lounge while a Plaza Network agent obtains a visa upon arrival for you. The agent will then escort you through immigration and baggage reclaim. This premium service is available for OMR 16.5 (discounted from OMR 21), excluding the cost of the actual visa on arrival. To book this, please contact Plaza Network Airport Premium Service by email: aps.om@plaza-network.com or telephone: +968 24518982, quote “CNI Luxury,” and state that you would like to book a Meet and Greet Service for arrival at Muscat Airport. You will need to provide Plaza Network with your personal and payment information.

Is my registration transferrable or cancellable?

You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague at any time, free of charge. Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted, free of charge, until Friday, 10 February 2017. After that date, tickets will be non-refundable.

What will the weather be like?

Muscat will be warm and sunny. Average night-day temperature ranges in Muscat for early April are 24˚C-34˚C (75˚F-93˚F).

What is the conference language?

The official language of the conference is English.

What is the dress code?

-Welcome Reception (4th April 2017): Relaxed / Resort Business Casual (Please note the Welcome Reception takes place outdoors)

-Conference (5th - 6th April 2017): Business or National Dress

-Condé Nast International and Place Vendôme Qatar Party (5th April 2017): Cocktail or Kaftan Chic (When selecting footwear, please note the outdoor venue for the Party - Turtle Beach - is partially paved and partially lawn).

Do you offer group discounts?

We are happy to offer group discounts for bookings of five or more delegates. Please contact us for more details.

Currency: The Omani Rial (OMR) is pegged to the U.S. Dollar. 1 OMR is approximately 2.6 USD.

Electricity: 220-240 Volts, “Type G” British sockets.

Time zone: GMT +4 hours.

Airport security upon departure from Muscat: Please note that flights leaving Muscat to certain destinations, such as London, are subject to extra security screening at the gate, which may require additional time. You may also wish to consider this when purchasing items at Muscat airport.

Other terms and conditions

The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme, or the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. The booking terms are subject to U.K. law.
