I chose ITHAKA for a number of reasons that were important to me, and that I suspect will resonate with other people seeking new work places.

    Positive Outlook

I have been working at ITHAKA full-time

    Pros

Mission driven, smart people, great organizational culture, and senior management team that really cares. It's a fast paced and ambitious organization. Also very transparent and ethical.

    Cons

It's not really a con, but the work is complex and challenging. If you don't like to work hard and be held accountable, this is not the place for you.
