In an exclusive conversation with NDTV, Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez speak about Roy and reveal that the film's story was inspired by the love story of filmmakers Quentin Tarantino and Sofia Coppola.
Film critic Anupama Chopra says Roy is a film with facts and fiction blended in mysterious ways. She awarded the film 1 star. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as a thief named Roy whereas Arjun Rampal and Jacqueline Fernandez play directors in the film.
Actor Ranbir Kapoor lauded director Vikramjit Singh and producer Bhushan Kumar to venture into a risky format with Roy. "It's not a typical Bollywood romantic film format. This breaking form and content is very risky," he said.
