Ex-UK ambassador to Syria: 'No proof' of chemical attack

There is "no proof" that the rebel-held town in which 80 people were killed was attacked with chemical weapons, a former UK ambassador to Syria has said.

Peter Ford said the use of chemical weapons by Assad would be "self-defeating".
