The Diwan of Royal Court represented by the Institute of Capability Development announced the opening of the registration for the National Leadership and Competitiveness Program (NLCP) on Sunday.

Shabab Oman II leaves for Egypt from Saudi
The Royal Navy of Oman Vessel (RNOV) Shabab Oman II left Jeddah Port in Saudi Arabia on Sunday after docking for refuelling and supplies. It is scheduled to arrive at Suez port in Egypt on Thursday as part of its third international voyage ‘Peace and Friendship Sail’ to the European continent.
National Measles Vaccination programme begins in Dhofar, Al Wusta governorates

Specialised team monitoring ransomware attacks: ITA
Following the ransomware attacks and ‘WannaCry’ virus, which is spreading around the world, the Information Technology Authority (ITA) has said that Oman has a specialised team to deal with such emergencies. ITA said that the team can deal with such cyberattacks in cooperation with concerned entities in the sultanate.
