Services for Alumnae/i

Databases

Alumnae/i will now have access to JSTOR and Project MUSE, two of the library’s largest online collections of journals. We are happy to provide our alumnae/i with this service and hope they will take advantage of it.

Bachelor degree recipients from the class of 2014 or later can use their same username/password for seamless access after graduation. Class of 2013 or earlier, plus all master’s degree recipients, must contact the alumnae office (alumnae@hollins.edu or 800-TINKER1) for log-in information. 

Please note that it may take up to two weeks for us to send your log-in information.

Borrowing Materials

The library welcomes all alumnae/i to search the online catalog for books and films, and to use the periodicals and government documents within the library. A library card (free to alums) is required to check out materials for use outside the building. You can register for your card at the library's first floor Circulation desk. Hollins Authors; Faculty, Alumni, and Alumnae publications are located in the Hollins Room, 3rd Floor.

Hollins Manuscripts: Our manuscript collections include literary and personal papers of Faculty, Alumni, Alumnae, and other individuals.
