Overview/Purpose

As a CitizenNet Analyst at Condé Nast, you are ready to take your Paid Social expertise to the next level, analyzing performance and trends across thousands of social media campaigns with varying goals. Lead the company in key learnings and findings. Guide the development of best practices, strategy, performance measurement, and new tests.

 

Plan and launch social media campaigns to achieve client goals. Based on findings, work with or aide Campaign Managers in making key optimizations and implementing tests for client success. Package and present learnings and recommendations to clients in meetings, over the phone, and in email.

 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Performance Analysis and Campaign Management/Optimization
  • Monitor live campaign performance versus client set goals
  • Propose or make optimizations on live campaigns
  • Create campaigns to achieve client goals, and ensure implementation matches expectations across team
  • Internal and External Reporting & Data Analysis
  • Create in-depth internal reports highlighting campaign performance, benchmarks and trends over time
  • Propose and execute data projects to identify opportunities for increased spending or efficiency improvements
  • Develop and maintain campaign setup guidelines based on findings
  • Create client facing reports with compelling data and actionable insights
  • Aid Account Director and Account Managers in insight development for reports and presentations

  • Contribute to the growth and success of your team and clientbase through ideation and brainstorming
  • As a contributor to employee success and culture, participate in new employee onboarding and training

Desired Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who are excited about technology, data analysis, social media, and advertising. Candidates must be motivated to succeed in a fast-paced and growing environment. A willingness to adopt new technologies and trends is extremely important for this position. Our candidates must be proficient in time management with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, balancing various goals and parameters.          

 

Minimum requirements 

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2+ year experience in digital ad operations with emphasis on paid social and data analysis
  • Fluency in digital advertising concepts and paid social
  • Expertise in MS Excel required
  • Experience with SQL, Python and data management platforms a plus
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Ability to multi-task and manage projects
  • Strong communication skills and a dedicated team player
  • Powerpoint/Keynote proficiency
