History and Governance

History

The rich heritage of Toledo Christian lies in an unwavering commitment to Christian principles and academic excellence. Since 1975, the school has provided its educational program to students from across Northwest Ohio. Our graduates attest to the success of the school’s mission to educate, prepare and disciple students in an environment where students can excel in all areas of student life. Toledo Christian seeks to employ the best faculty in the region — teachers possessing specialized higher academic degrees. We seek more than academic proficiency, our teachers and staff function as role models exemplifying Christ’s teachings in the classroom, on the athletic field, on the stage and in all student activities. Our entire faculty and staff are committed to Toledo Christian’s distinctive mission that combines academic excellence with Christian character development.
