Tracey Baldwin

Chief Industry Officer, Auto

Tracey Baldwin was named chief industry officer, auto in January 2017. In this role, Baldwin oversees ad sales efforts within the auto category, across the Condé Nast portfolio.

Baldwin most recently served as executive director, network sales & partnerships where she oversaw and managed the strategic partnerships between the domestic and European automotive companies – based in Detroit. Baldwin was named Condé Nast Sales Person of the Year in 2009, 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016.

Baldwin joined Condé Nast in 1999 as sales director at Vogue. While holding that role, she simultaneously held several other positions including sales director at Lucky and Men’s Vogue.

Eileen Carty

Chief Industry Officer, Industry Sales, CPG & Spirits

Eileen Carty serves as chief industry officer, industry sales, CPG & spirits. In this role, Carty oversees ad sales efforts within the food and beverage category, across the Condé Nast portfolio.

Prior to joining Conde Nast, Eileen served as chief revenue officer of UPROXX Media and executive vice president of sales at POPSUGAR, inc. Eileen has a long history of building sales businesses and strategies from the ground-up at social media platforms such as Glam, MySpace and cars.com.

Eileen holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business.

Jennifer Mormile

Chief Industry Officer, Pharmaceuticals

Jennifer Mormile was named chief industry officer, pharmaceuticals at Condé Nast in January 2017. In this role, Mormile oversees ad sales efforts within the pharma category, across the Condé Nast portfolio. Previously, Mormile served as the head of beauty where she ran a $150 million book of business across all platforms and oversaw all CPG and beauty revenue across the Condé Nast portfolio—including digital, video, social, branded content, programmatic, print and events.

Prior to this, Mormile held the role of executive vice president/ senior vice president sales at Everyday Health, where she was selected to create the health sales division and drove revenue from $87 million to nearly $180 million in two and a half years. Mormile also oversaw the establishment and progress of high-revenue, multi-year deals and directed the sales leadership team, including five VPs overseeing four divisions. In addition to managing sales strategies and working cross-functionally to reorganize budgeting and P&L management, Mormile led the sales team through change management—from an entrepreneurial startup to a public organization. As vice president of sales, Mormile grew revenue from $5 million to $35.4 million in her first two years.

Mormile is a Leadership Forum Graduate and a Women’s Unlimited Graduate. She received a Bachelor of Science in Communications with a minor in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Fredonia.

Chris Gibbons

Chief Industry Officer, Telco, Tech, Business & Finance

Chris Gibbons was named chief industry officer, technology and finance at Condé Nast in January 2017. He oversees all lines of revenue for the company’s largest technology and finance accounts across all platforms including digital, video, print, consumer marketing, eCommerce and experiences. 

Previously, Gibbons served as the executive director of network sales and partnerships. This role encompassed strategy, business development, team and account management and activation—all driving increased client investment across the Condé Nast portfolio.

Gibbons joined Condé Nast in 2003 as director of travel and automotive at Gourmet Magazine, where he focused on national advertisers as well as new business. In his 14+ years with the company, he has held various leadership roles including associate publisher of Condé Nast Traveler and business development in the branded content space. In addition, Chris is a two-time winner of Sales Person the Year.

Gibbons lives in Maplewood NJ with his wife, Lisa and their son Malcolm and daughter Olivia.

Jonathan Schaaf

Chief Agency Officer

Jonathan Schaaf was named chief agency officer in May 2017. In this role, Schaaf will oversee the company’s agency relationships and ad sales efforts.

Schaaf brings more than 20 years of global agency experience, and most recently served as the president of enterprise partnerships for Omnicom Media Group where he oversaw both the North American and global partnerships teams as well as the audience-based programmatic private marketplace.

Over the course of his 20 year career, Schaaf has worked in agencies ranging in size from global to boutique and in cities around the world, including New York, San Francisco, Chicago and Sydney, Australia. He was previously the president of enterprise partnerships for Omnicom Media Group (OMG) where he was charged with establishing partnerships across all media channels to be more integrated and unified in the go-to-market approach.  Prior, Schaaf was the president of digital investment, global director – digital strategy at Omnicom Media Group, media director at Razorfish, vice-president of integrated media at Gyro, and media director at Beyond Interactive, where he developed integrated media strategies for premier national and global brands.  Schaaf holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a B.A. from Lafayette College, with a major in Business & Economics.

Lucy Kriz

Chief Industry Officer, Beauty

Lucy Kriz was named chief industry officer of the beauty ad sales category for Condé Nast in January 2017. In this role, Kriz will be leading the company’s sales efforts, business planning and marketplace strategy within the beauty category, across the Condé Nast portfolio. Kriz most recently served as publisher and chief revenue officer of W, beginning in 2012.

In addition to posting W’s third consecutive year of revenue growth in 2015 and winning the Condé Nast Bronze Award for Business Performance in 2014, Ms. Kriz was also the recipient of the company’s coveted Collaborative Leadership Award for her partnership with editor-in-chief Stefano Tonchi. Under her leadership, W was named to Advertising Age’s A-List in 2016 and 2013, and the magazine was honored with a spot on Adweek’s Hot List in 2015.

Kriz came to W from the Condé Nast Media Group, where as senior executive director she oversaw omnichannel sales across fashion, beauty, accessories, and other key categories. Previously, she was associate publisher at Details from 2009 to 2010 and, prior to that, corporate fashion director at Condé Nast Media Group, where she was named Corporate Salesperson of the Year in 2008.

In 2002, Kriz joined the launch team for Teen Vogue as fashion and retail director. The brand received numerous awards during this time, including Adweek’s Startup of the Year. She was named Teen Vogue Salesperson of the Year in 2003 and 2004, and was honored with Condé Nast’s overall Salesperson of the Year Award in 2004.

Kriz began her career in publishing in New York at Hearst with posts at both Harper’s Bazaar and Marie Claire. She earned a B.A. from Eckerd College.

Josh Stinchcomb

Chief Experience Officer

Josh Stinchcomb was named chief experience officer in January 2017. In this role, Stinchcomb is charged with overseeing Condé Nast’s integrated marketing solutions agency, which includes 23 Stories, the strategic packaging of all ad and data products and leading the investment and creation of a new events and experiences business. Additionally, Stinchcomb oversees the licensing team and art and archive departments and works closely with Condé Nast business officers to develop new revenue streams and solutions for clients.

Stinchcomb most recently served as senior vice president and managing director of 23 Stories. Prior to this, he served as senior vice president of sales strategy and partnerships for the Condé Nast Media Group, where he oversaw the media and marketing services sales efforts for the company’s largest clients.  During Stinchcomb’s tenure at Condé Nast, he has held several senior sales and business roles.  In 2008 he was awarded Sales Team Leader of the Year by MIN (Media Industry Newsletter), in 2009 he received a Top Performance Award from Condé Nast, and in 2013 was named to Ad Age’s 40 Under 40 list.

Stinchcomb is a graduate of Middlebury College in Vermont and holds an M.B.A from New York University.

Mike Fisher

Chief Industry Officer, Media & Entertainment, Retail & Travel

Mike Fisher was named chief industry officer, media and entertainment, retail and travel in January 2017. In this role, Fisher oversees ad sales efforts within the pharma category, across the Condé Nast portfolio. Based in Los Angeles, Fisher also oversees teams in New York City and Chicago.

Fisher most recently served as executive director of corporate partnerships for Southern California. Prior to this, Fisher spent seven years overseeing sales for Vanity Fair in Los Angeles. Fisher has also held roles in HR/recruiting, sales, marketing and business development at Microsoft, Wired, DoubleClick/Google and AOL/Time Warner.

Fisher is a graduate of The University of Montana and University of Alabama.

Lisa Valentino

Chief Revenue Officer, Industry & Agency

Lisa Valentino was named chief revenue officer, industry & agency of Condé Nast in January 2017. In this role, Valentino leads the company’s chief industry officers in an effort to accelerate Condé Nast’s revenue growth within industries, strengthen relationships with large agency partners to generate new models, and grow Condé Nast’s data and programmatic efforts.

Most recently, Valentino served as senior vice president, network sales and partnerships for Condé Nast, and chief revenue officer of Condé Nast Entertainment (CNÉ), a division of Condé Nast that focuses on the development, production, and distribution of original television, feature film and digital video offerings based on the company’s iconic media brands. Prior to joining Condé Nast, Valentino served as senior vice president, multimedia sales at ESPN. In that role, she managed over a billion dollars in revenue by selling multimedia programs across ESPN’s portfolio, which includes both domestic and international television, digital, live-event and print platform. Previously, Valentino served in a number of senior executive positions in ad sales at the company. Valentino joined ESPN from Yahoo!, where she managed video ad sales for several content verticals. Prior to Yahoo!, Valentino was a media buyer at Televest where she worked on the P&G account.

Valentino has been named to Advertising Age’s annual “Women to Watch” list, the “40 Under 40” list by Sports Business Journal and was recognized by CableFAX on their “Most Powerful Women in Cable” list. She holds various roles within the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and the Online Publishers Association (OPA) and is a graduate of the Betsy Magness Leadership Institute.

Valentino is a graduate of Lafayette College and resides in Harrison, New York with her husband and children.
