PACDA organises awareness lecture on measles vaccination campaign
The Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulances organised an awareness lecture on the importance of measles vaccination at its head office on Tuesday. Held in cooperation with the Directorate General of Medical Services at the ROP, the lecture was given by Dr Hana Aerymah of the Royal Oman Police Hospital.

A palaeodeserts project team that is investigating the prehistoric environments and human occupations has found that the Arabian Peninsula was green. Called the Green Arabia events, this occurred several times during the last few hundred thousand years and Oman particularly has the potential for further finds.
