The ASME Best Cover Contest honors magazine covers published between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2018. ASME members choose the five best covers in 10 categories. The ASME Board of Directors chooses the Cover of the Year from the 10 best covers overall. Every cover entered in the ASME Best Cover Contest is also posted at facebook.com/asme1963, where readers pick the winner of the ASME Readers’ Choice Award by liking their favorite covers.
The ASME Best Cover Contest winners will be honored at the American Magazine Media Conference on Tuesday, February 5, 2019, at the Henry R. Luce Auditorium at Meredith Corporation in New York City. Finalists receive certificates of recognition. Winners receive ASME Best Cover Contest Awards or Readers' Choice Awards.
