Sportsworld Have Your Say is a global sporting conversation. It's hosted by BBC Sport, but its agenda is set by everyone taking part. We are live on BBC World Service radio and online Saturday at 1730 GMT and Sunday at 1830 GMT.

We use all technology available to us to make the programme as open as possible. We receive phone calls, text messages, tweets, emails and comments on our blog.

There are lots of ways people end up on the programme

1. They phone the show while we're on air.

2. They text or email the show while we're on air, and we reply asking if they'd like to speak to us.

3. They text or email the show while we're on air and give their phone number and we ring them back.

4. They leave a message on our facebook page or tweet one of the presentation team

5. We get in touch with listeners with experiences that may give them a view or insight into that day's subject and invite them on.

WHO PRESENTS SPORTSWORLD HAVE YOUR SAY ?

The current presentation team is Russell Fuller, Lee James and Richard Connelly.

HOW OFTEN DOES SPORTSWORLD HAVE YOUR SAY LEAVE THE STUDIO ?

We take the programme out to many of the big sporting events around the world. In 2010 we have been to the FA Cup final at Wembley, the Champions League final in Madrid, the Cup of Nations in Angola the World Cup finals in South Africa and the Commonweath Games in Delhi.

WHY ARE THE PHONE LINES SO BAD?

Well we'd like to think they aren't most of the time, but we do sometimes have problems especially when speaking to those of you in Africa. Sometimes we have to abandon a call because of the quality of the line.

ARE YOU RELATED TO OTHER HAVE YOUR SAY PROGRAMMES?

Yes we are. The BBC wants to provide a number of platforms for what it calls 'the global conversation'. Part of this is Sportsworld Have Your Say. There is also the Have Your Say section of bbcnews.com and Africa Have Your Say.
