A limited number of bedrooms are available at a variety of hotels in Vienna, listed below.
Please note that Vienna is an extremely popular destination for both leisure and business travel, and that rooms listed below are all subject to availability at the time of booking. We strongly urge conference attendees to be sure to book hotel accommodation as soon as possible in order to avoid disappointment. We will be unable to assist in securing bedrooms once they have sold out.
Visas
Citizens of many nations are able to enter Austria without obtaining a visa, but it is your responsibility to check. You may find this website useful: https://www.austria.org/do-you-need-a-visa
Nationals of EU member states, the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland do not require a visa for entering the Republic of Austria.

Nationals of countries which signed bilateral or multilateral agreements on the abolition of visa requirement, are visa-free if they stay in Austria for a maximum period of 90 days in any 180-day period and do not take up employment. These countries include Albania, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Georgia, Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Macau SAR, Malaysia, Mexico, Monaco, Montenegro, New Zealand, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United States of America, Venezuela.
Under the terms of the Convention Implementing the Schengen Agreement, flights between Schengen states are considered to be internal flights, and passengers do not need to obtain another visa.
