THE PREMIER EVENT FOR LUXURY BUSINESS AND CREATIVE LEADERS

The Condé Nast International Luxury Conference brings together 500 senior business and creative leaders from the global luxury industry - from CEOs, Presidents and Managing Directors, to Creative Directors and Designers - and will offer unique networking opportunities and the chance to debate and discuss the latest luxury and fashion industry developments and trends.

The conference is hosted by world-renowned journalist, Suzy Menkes - Editor, Vogue International. Suzy writes for 25 editions of Vogue online in 18 different languages, reaching an audience of over 74 million. What happens at the Condé Nast International Luxury Conference?
Taking place in a new city each year, and with a different theme, the CNI Luxury Conference is the premier event for luxury business and creative leaders. The event is a mixture of of-stage talks and learning opportunities combined with social events to facilitate networking and contact-making. Watch highlights from previous years:

How much does a ticket cost?
Conference tickets are available to purchase for €5,000 + tax (Standard Rate). Note that an Earlybird Rate of €4,250 + tax is available from 3 August - 16 November 2019.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
You are welcome to transfer your registration to a colleague, free of charge, at any time. Cancellation and refund requests will be accepted, minus a 15% administration fee, until Friday 7 February 2020. After that date, tickets will be 100% non-refundable.

What does a conference ticket include?
Your conference ticket includes:
-Access to the two-day Conference on Wednesday 29 and Thursday 30 April 2020.
-Access to the Welcome Reception on the evening of Tuesday 28 April 2020.
-Access to the Party on Wednesday 29 April 2020.
-All documentation (e.g. conference guidebook and conference bag) and session videos.
-Refreshments and food at the Welcome Reception, Conference, and Party.

Where does everything take place in Vienna?
The two-day Conference on 29-30 April 2020 takes place at the Hofburg Vienna, Heldenplatz, Vienna 1010.
The Welcome Reception on 28 April 2020 takes place at the Kunsthistorisches Museum, Maria-Theresien-Platz, Vienna 1010. The venue for the Party on 29 April 2020 will be announced in due course.

Do I receive a paper ticket? Do I need to bring a ticket with me to gain access to the conference?
No. There are no paper tickets. Once you have booked, you will receive an acknowledgment email - this serves as your confirmation.

What tax is payable?
Austrian VAT is chargeable on tickets. This will be applied on top of the conference fee.

Does my ticket include accommodation and travel?
No. Conference tickets do not include flights or hotel bedrooms. Attendees are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements. Details of specially-negotiated hotel rates will be available soon - or please contact us.

Does my ticket include a visa to enter Austria?
No. Your conference ticket does not include a visa to enter Austria. While citizens of many nations are able to enter Austria without visas, it is your responsibility to check. If you have registered and paid for your place, and require an official letter of invitation, please contact us. Austrian entry requirements for citizens of various nations are listed here.

What is the dress code?
-Welcome Reception (28 April 2020): Casual / Cocktail
-Conference (29-30 April 2020): Business
-Party (29 April 2020): Cocktail

The organisers reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the programme, or the identity of the speakers. In the unlikely event of the conference being cancelled or postponed, the organisers are not liable for any costs incurred by delegates in connection with their attendance. The booking terms are subject to U.K. law.
