Condé Nast today announced that Javier Pascual del Olmo will join as President of Condé Nast France.
Wolfgang Blau, Condé Nast’s Chief Operating Officer and President, International, commented:
“Javier has successfully led Condé Nast Spain for the past 20 years and under his direction, Condé Nast Spain has established itself as Spain’s leading publishing group in fashion, news and lifestyle. During his years at the helm of the company, he has overseen the launch of iconic titles such as Vanity Fair, Condé Nast Traveler, AD and Glamour. Javier was also instrumental in the creation of Vogue’s first Masters Degree in Fashion by Spain’s prestigious university Carlos III, which subsequently developed into the Condé Nast College Spain.”
Javier Pascual del Olmo has recently has been focused on transforming Condé Nast’s growth markets in Mexico and Latin America, hiring a strong leadership team and ensuring a steady and expanding growth plan is in place.
Javier Pascual del Olmo takes up his new role in December 2019.
Condé Nast has today confirmed that Yves Bougon, President of Condé Nast France will leave the company.
Wolfgang Blau Condé Nast’s global Chief Operating Officer and President, International commented, “Yves joined Condé Nast France in 2018 and during this time has overseen the growth of the digital revenues in France and of the video formats, particularly related to GQ and Vogue. He has also reinvigorated Vanity Fair under Joseph Ghosn’s new editorship.”
