New version of IGO data available.
A new version of the IGO data is now available. This update includes changes from version 2.3 and extends the data to cover 1816-2014. Data files include a new codebook outlining the changes to the previous version of the data. Check out the new update here: http://cow.dss.ucdavis.edu/data-sets/IGOs/
