30% CLUB PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY
This site (“Website”) is operated and controlled by 30% Club (“us”, “we, “our”).
We are a membership organisation consisting of business leaders who are committed to achieving better gender balance at all levels of organisations.
This Privacy and Cookies Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect and process any Personal Information that we may collect from you, or that you may provide to us.
“Personal Information” is information that identifies you individually, whether directly or indirectly, including, without limitation, your name, gender, address, email address, phone number and any other contact information that you may voluntarily submit to us. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, the data controller of such Personal Information is 30% Club.

We collect Personal Information from our day to day contact with our members, supporters and the public. We will implement your opt out promptly after we receive it. The opt-out does not apply to general communications from one of our staff, volunteers or third parties working on our behalf.
