All the magazine’s experience and prestige is built into our DNA: Over the years, the School of La Cucina Italiana has developed a rich and highly diversified personality. It is now the reference point for enthusiasts and companies, where you can take part in courses, events, conferences, open-house workshops, dinners, cooking shows and team-building activities.
Cooking and pastry courses, theme-based or specialization courses for professionals, courses for children and private courses in Italian and English. Custom-made corporate events, press days, breakfasts and cocktails, business lunches and dinners, team-building events and activities aimed at communicating the values of our sponsors.
Our courses are conducted by professional chefs who cook together with the students. The classes end with tastings of the dishes prepared, accompanied by a glass of wine.

If you come to Milan, come and see us! The school is located in downtown Milan in the same building as the historic magazine La Cucina Italiana. However, soon you will be able to find our cooking lessons online and learn Italian cuisine wherever and whenever you want!
