I attended this restaurant with a large group (40+) for a holiday dinner event. One would think that a group this size -- bringing significant business to an establishment -- would be matched with a comparable, high-level of service by the vendor. This, however, was FAR from the reality. -Ordered dessert. Was not provided dessert and was not given an explanation. -Did not disclose of conditional room fees until group was presented with final bill. Fee was not communicated, slipped into the middle of the bill, as if trying to conceal its existence among an extensive tab. -A table of <20 people were charged with 40 salads. (LOL worthy, I know) It is IMO that these charges were added discretely and were meant to be overlooked by us patrons. It is this inability (or choice not to, perhaps) to properly communicate, clear unethical behavior that I will be disseminating to prospective foodies and AA socialites. FWIW, the food was standard. Prices were comparable to a Ruth’s Chris/Morton’s but quality/presentation was not on the same par. For a restaurant that brands itself with phrases ‘prepare to be pampered’ and ‘elegant’, I would more aptly use the following descriptors: ‘overpriced’ and ‘ordinary’.

I had my wedding at Vinology last night in the bubble room and I was so happy that I had to post today. The staff were amazing, the food was the best I've had at any wedding, and I'm not being biased. I was so amazed at how beautiful it was and cannot express in words how amazing the decor was. I couldn't believe it was all for me. Thank you SO MUCH for making my special day amazing in every single way.

Had a great time on the porch Monday night. Absolutely loved the strawberry lemonade sangria. Any chance you would share the recipe? :)

Great hotel in Ann Arbor. Food service us great as well.

A great place to stay! Very accommodating and friendly people. Shuttle to U of M hospitals is very convienent. Good breakfast.

Very hipster, the way they offer many alternative brews and spirits, but still have Pabst.

Went here for lunch today and was totally impressed. I'll be back whenever I visit A2! Just awesome.

Excellent and personable staff and service. Astoundingly tasty desserts and delightful beverages that set them well above the bar with competitors. ☕

I recommend that you open a Bubble Island somewhere in metro Detroit! :) I miss your tea from college (UM '09 grad) and would love to see another location somewhere in the metro area.
