It’s important for us to bring the same diversity of cultures, backgrounds, and perspectives together at Snap Inc. We’re investing in new ways to strengthen this culture at Snap every day — through employee resource groups, internal development programs, unconscious bias training, allyship training, networking opportunities, recruiting initiatives, and more. Employee Resource Groups
Our Employee Resource Groups are created and led by members of the Snap Inc. family. They empower us to come together to celebrate a common cause, raise awareness, encourage advocacy, and refine our approach to recruiting. Whether they’re throwing social events, hosting guest speakers, or spearheading new volunteer efforts, our Employee Resource Groups are always working to make a real difference — and real friends!
Lady Chillahs supports, empowers, and advances women at Snap through workshops, outreach to women in need, and bringing the Snap family together to explore issues facing women today.
SnapNoir is a forum for fostering cultural understanding, diversity, and professional development for people of the African diaspora — both at Snap and in the community.
SnapPride embraces and celebrates all genders, sexualities, and lifestyles! SnapPride focuses on empowering our local community, and increasing awareness and education surrounding LGBTQ+ issues.
¡Los Snaps! empowers, uplifts, and celebrates the unique diversity that makes up the Latino community — while creating education and integration opportunities within the community here at Snap.
SnapVets is a resource group for veterans, dependents, and those who support them. SnapVets empowers veteran professional development, community outreach, recruiting, and more!
SnapAsia is a community of people from Asian countries and the Pacific Islands, brought together to share our experiences, promote cultural understanding, and support one another through networking, professional development, and community outreach.
SnapAbility is a community for team members who identify as persons with disabilities, and it includes the many allies, guardians, and advocates who support them — both at Snap and beyond. Their mission is to promote empathy, respect, and kindness for all people, regardless of ability level or mental health status. By fostering open conversations around these topics, partnering with organizations like Angel City Games, and making Snap products more inclusive and accessible to all users, they’re driving forward on this mission every day.
