Choluteca river that divides 2 cities, Tegucigalpa & Comayagüela in capital city, has now spilled over. Images remind so many of Hurricane Mitch in 1998 that left so much damage to public markets, old National jail, old presidential palace, in exact same place

Currently
#Honduras is under water. Many lives and homes are lost. Not enough resources for this country alone, especially the tiny villages who cannot receive help or ability to evacuate. Our neighbors need help! Relatives of dear friends of mine.@JoeBiden@KamalaHarrispic.twitter.com/ttlvBLDkld -
I share a video with the damage caused by
#HurricaneETA. Damage is estimated greater than what occurred during Hurricane Mitch in 1998.#Honduras#ETA#ETAenHonduraspic.twitter.com/aBpY4Z4iVl -
