It was recently reported that K-pop girl group BLACKPINK would be performing on GMA in Times Square on Tuesday (Feb. 12), and they're going to be busy while in New York City next week. Earlier tonight, The Late Show with Stephen Colbert also announced that the quartet will appear on its show as a musical guest.
The four members of BLACKPINK -- Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rosé -- will appear on The Late Show on Monday night (Feb. 11), their first time ever appearing on a Stateside television show.
While The Late Show marks the group’s first foray into American broadcast TV, this isn’t Colbert’s first interaction with K-pop: he had a DDR dance off with smooth-crooning solo artist Rain back on The Colbert Report in 2008.
