Tim has worked in the web industry since 1995 for clients including the FT and The Economist before founding 3rd Eye Vision in summer 1998. Passionate about delivering a best-fit solution and obsessive about usability, his direction ensures that 3ev deliver simple solutions for complex requirements.

Ollie Pelling

Chief Operating Officer

Ollie joined us in 2017 as a project manager and has quickly become in charge of all operations at 3ev. Ollie is responsible for scheduling, and ensuring that everyone knows what is being asked of them. With experience spanning a decade, Ollie has proved capable of taking on complex web projects from inception to live. Ollie’s passion is ensuring we always deliver joyous customer experiences across all our projects. When you work with Ollie you can rest assured that things will go as well as they possibly can.

Ryan Griffiths

Lead Developer

Ryan joined us in 2013 risen through the ranks to become lead developer. He has worked on all our major developments over the past seven years, sharing his expertise and knowledge with the rest of the team. Ryan is a stickler for high-quality code and has a keen eye for detail. Ryan has a great ability to discuss client requirements and ensure that these are correctly delivered on by the development team, his front-end skills are second to none.

Dimitri Hantzis

Lead Software Engineer

Hailing from Greece, Dimitri joined us in early 2020 as lead software engineer. Dimitri likes to ensure that he has a firm grasp of the business logic before embarking on a project and has brought many transformative best practices to the business. Beneath his super-efficient exterior there lies a creative soul who in normal times can often be found sketching in the cafés of Brighton.

Felippe Ladiera

Senior Software Engineer

Felippe started working for us in mid 2020 and as a result has barely spent a day in the office. As an experienced senior software engineer Felippe seems capable of applying his skills to any number of issues that we need him to deal with. Always capable and never phased, as a senior software engineer, Felippe is fast proving to be a key problem solver within the company.

Simon Preston

Dev Ops Engineer

Simon joined us in 2019 as a developer. An early-starter, initially he spent a lot of his time with us working on a particularly complex project as a part of the development team.

Having demonstrated a keen ability to run cloud environments, Simon has become in charge of dev Ops at 3ev.

Simon is partial to Nik-Naks, the snack, not ornamental trinkets, well… he might be, its just that he probably just keeps that to himself.
