Transparency is one of our core values at Peakon. This means transparency in our DE&I strategy is key to us - both internally and externally.

Actions

We have publicly shared all of our DE&I data - both diversity and inclusion. All too often, organisations share only diversity demographics, but that is only one side of the coin. We are sharing both in our DE&I Annual Report. https://peakon.com/life-at-peakon/inclusion-at-peakon/ 

Outcomes

Public accountability and transparency. We are holding ourselves accountable for these scores, and basing our success off of our representation and inclusiveness scores. It is key that we know where we are right now, across all different groups, to guide us in where we are going.
