I am an authorized representative of Lockerz, Inc. Lockerz, Inc. is the owner of multiple copyrighted images and trademarks that appear on your website. Examples of Lockerz, Inc.'s property are shown at www.lockerz.com , and in U.S. Trademark Application No. 77/860,112 and U.S. Trademark Registration Nos. 3,765,190; 3,765,248; and 3,765,247. Foreign trademark applications are also pending.
In addition to hosting the aforementioned images and trademarks, the creator of https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/161890/ is using the site to host scripts and add-ons that are in violation of Lockerz, Inc.’s Terms of Service. Without attempting to be exhaustive, examples of this appear at the following URL:

I have a good faith belief that these uses are not authorized by Lockerz, Inc., its agents, or the law, and that these uses are an infringement of trademark rights under United States law.

Please remove or disable access to the above images and trademarks wherever and however they may appear, and do not host new images owned by Lockerz, Inc. This complaint adds to and does not supersede any previous complaints.
