This requires the use of a Linux distribution using systemd as the init system which is the norm these days.
 
You can start multiple ssh-agents through systemd user units. TheFor followingeach unitinstance, you would e.g.create a unit, for example, to connect to Toolforge/CloudVPS, copy itthis file to /etc/systemd/user/ssh-cloud.service to make it available to all users, or if you want it available only for your user, you can add it to $HOME/.local/share/systemd/user/ssh-cloud.service, creating the directory tree if necessary:
