ubuntu.wikimedia.org is our official mirror of the Ubuntu repo files. Contains some Wikimedia-specific packages in it.
Servers isn't cheap, we didn't host this for fun, which is why it is being used by Wikimedia Labs instances too, and the main place to get packages when doing apt-gets.
