Gerrit patch to Extension:PageLanguageApi

First of all, Thanks for submitting a patch! You noted in your commit message that you "[are] not sure whether the extension still works on older versions.". I tested the extension before its release on 1.24.6, so I see no reason why this should not work. It is after all a change not related to 1.24 API methods.
