Criteria

Conformance Level

Remarks and Explanations

302.1 Without Vision

Web: Does Not Support

Authored Content (HTML): Supports

Web: Some individual controls in the product are keyboard operable and functional without vision. However, most complete processes of the product are not usable without vision:

  • As noted in 1.1.1 Non-text Content, the product does not provide sufficient text alternatives for some images.
  • As noted in 2.1.1 Keyboard, most complete processes in the product cannot be completed through sole use of a keyboard interface.
  • As noted in 2.1.2 No Keyboard Trap, tabbing into a WYSIWYG landing page editor prevents the user from tabbing away.
  • As noted in 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value, incomplete semantic information prevents completion of processes such as Create an Email or Create a Campaign.
  • As noted in 1.3.1 Info and Relationships, in the Reports table, column header cells are in a separate table from data cells.

Authored Content (HTML): The product allows authors to create content which is functional for users without vision.

302.2 With Limited Vision

Web: Partially Supports

Authored Content (HTML): Supports

Web: Most functions of the product are usable with limited vision. Exceptions include:
