Chinese filmmaker Vincent Du drives into Wuhan one day after restrictions are lifted and befriends a journalist who is trying to get back to Beijing.

But Vincent turns the camera on himself as he discovers the city’s residents battling with collective signs of severe depression and trauma in the immediate aftermath.
