Atla’s membership includes more than 800 individuals and libraries at academic institutions from diverse religious traditions and backgrounds.
Atla is governed by an elected board of directors, including four long-standing Board committees and one short-term committee all mandated by the Board’s Policy Manual.
Atla’s committees, councils, and task forces work to achieve Atla’s Mission and Organizational Ends. They are appointed by the Executive Director and are an integral part of the Association.
Atla members have formed denominational groups for the exchange of information and ideas and to work on common tasks within their group.
