Armenia's Acting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan congratulated during the cabinet sitting the opposition blocs "Armenia" and "I Have Honor" on winning seats in the parliament.
Pashinyan also said that the Civil Contract party is ready for constructive work based on mutual respect for the sake of the country's security, prosperity and development.
"Armenia" bloc though is not going to congratulate the Civil Contract in response and moreover to cooperate.
"It is Nikol Pashinyan who brought the hate speech to the political culture, it was he who for three years voiced calls of violence…He must start from himself, the real addressee of this call is he," member of "Armenia" bloc, representative of ARF-D Supreme Body Ishkhan Sagahtelyan said speaking to Aysor.am.
As to the cooperation with the authorities, Saghatelyan said that if the authorities think that after arresting their friends, supporters, putting pressures they may find edges for cooperation they are mistaken.
"Today two of our deputies, in essence, are kidnapped and are under arrest – former mayor of Meghri Mkhitar Zakaryan, Sisian mayor Artur Sargsyan and other mayors – Goris mayor Arush Arushanyan and Kajaran mayor Manvel Paramazyan are illegally arrested. What are they talking about,” Saghatelyan said.
"We consider that the elections passed with violations, pressures, usage of administrative levers. We cannot congratulate the authorities elected in this way and exerting pressure before and after the elections," he said.
Saghatelyan described today's words of the acting PM as another show to demonstrate the outside world that the authorities are on their heights.
"But in reality we see what the authorities are doing from the bottom," Saghatelyan said.
"Armenia" bloc member also said that they see cooperation edges with "I Have Honor" bloc.
"I think the opposition has good opportunity to come with a joint front in the parliament," Saghatelyan said.
