On Wednesday, the Donald Trump administration will officially, if ignominiously, come to an end, and the Joe Biden administration will finally begin. The new president will enter office amid a deadly pandemic and rough vaccine rollout, not to mention a weakening economy and a not-so-great outlook. So with mere days to go, how has Biden’s agenda taken shape? Where should the new administration focus its efforts? And can Biden’s team achieve the goals of a newly strengthened Democratic Party?
