I was recently fired because my "personal beliefs" did not align with my managers. When approaching the business owners nothing was done because they did not feel that since she fired me because of our belief difference it was "morally wrong". I had another coworker who then was fired ten minutes after I was fired because my manager was mad and lashed out at her. This coworker had just gotten back from being out with COVID, as I had just gotten back from being with family. This job was my main source of income as this job was hers as well. Me being a college student it has a huge impact on my day to day living and her being a mom of a one year old it has a big impact on her as well. 

This whole ordeal should have never happened and after it did something should have been done about it by the owners but instead they looked the other way. I want to change the relationship between owners and managers. If we really are a "team" as they say then the employees should be included and given a fair chance. I want to change the firing process for employees. I feel that this is very unjust and I want to prevent this from happening again. I am making this petition so this same thing that happened to me, doesn't happen to you or someone you know or care about. Please, lets make a change.
